We have litho presses from Ryobi and Fuji, which are in the hands of experienced minders, producing high quality print, including all types of four colour work.

Litho is a planographic process and the printing surface is treated chemically, so that it accepts water and rejects ink. The whole surface has both ink and water applied to it so that when the inked and dampened plate is pressed against paper, only the image area is printed.

Offset lithography means that the inked image on the printing plate is ‘offset’ onto a rubber blanket, wrapped around a rotating metal cylinder; the image is then transferred from the blanket onto the paper preventing the plate from coming into contact with the abrasive stock.

Litho printing is the cornerstone of the Perfect Print business and our presses produce a variety of tasks.

We can litho print all (and more) of the following: annual reports, books, brochures, business cards, calendars, catalogues, certificates, Christmas cards, compliment slips, covers, dance tickets, directories, duplicate books, envelopes, event guides, fact sheets, flyers, folders, hymn sheets, gummed labels, idem sets, invitations, invoices, leaflets, letterheads, magazines, memo pads, menus, newsletters, order books, order forms, order of service, postcards, posters, prize tickets, programmes, receipt books, self adhesive labels, tags, timesheets, wedding stationery – in fact anything that prints on paper.
